Chaminie (Chami) Wadduwage leads OCS operations across Victoria and Tasmania, overseeing both hard and soft services to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery for customers.
With more than a decade of experience in the facilities management industry, Chami has developed extensive expertise in contract management, risk mitigation, and customer relationships. Her career has included senior operational roles with major service providers, managing large-scale portfolios and complex service environments with a focus on safety, compliance, and value creation.
Known for her calm leadership and structured approach, Chami builds strong, collaborative relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
