Henry Sun is an experienced facilities management leader with more than 20 years of operational and strategic experience across Australia and Asia.
At OCS, Henry oversees operations across NSW, ACT, and SA, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality, safe, and customer-focused services. He leads regional teams, manages budgets, and works closely with customers and stakeholders to provide solutions that enhance service efficiency and value.
Before joining OCS, Henry held senior operational roles with ISS Facility Services and Sodexo, leading large-scale contracts across education, healthcare, FMCG, and commercial facilities. He has a proven record of improving operational efficiency—achieving measurable cost reductions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Known for his approachable leadership style, Henry focuses on building strong teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and fostering collaborative relationships that deliver lasting results for customers.
Having grown up overseas and made Australia home, Henry enjoys spending his free time playing basketball, listening to music, gardening, and travelling with his family.
