Jackie McMahon leads OCS operations across Queensland and the Northern Territory, overseeing the delivery of reliable, safe, and tailored services across a diverse customer base.
With more than 25 years of leadership and operational experience, Jackie brings deep expertise in facilities management, customer service, and business transformation. Before joining OCS, she held senior roles with Cleanworks Australia, ARA Property Services, and ISS Facility Services, where she led multi-disciplinary teams across security, cleaning, and integrated facilities management.
Throughout her career, Jackie has developed customer-focused service models, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and implemented strategies that improve performance and profitability. She is recognised for her collaborative leadership style, financial acumen, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. By fostering strong partnerships and engaged teams, Jackie ensures our customers receive consistent service and lasting value.
Outside of work, Jackie is an active netball player and youth coach – roles that allow her to mentor young people and stay involved in the sport she loves. Time spent with family and friends, as well as opportunities to travel, are central to her wellbeing. These personal commitments reinforce her belief in the importance of inclusion and diversity – values she continues to champion in every environment she is part of.
