Kate Wittingslow brings more than 25 years of experience across the service industry, with extensive expertise in bid management, operations, transport, and administration.
Before joining OCS, Kate spent four years as National Bid Manager at Quayclean, where she managed over 100 bids annually across government, education, and public venue sectors, achieving a 40% win rate. She also led national initiatives, including the development of the organisation’s Reconciliation Action Plan, Supply Nation engagement, and social procurement strategy.
Kate’s career includes senior roles with leading waste management and facilities services companies, where she built a reputation for precision, dependability, and the ability to form strong customer partnerships. She leads with a collaborative style, bringing teams together to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality.
At OCS, Kate oversees all bid activity across Australia – from expressions of interest through to tender presentations and debriefs – ensuring every submission demonstrates our professionalism and commitment to quality.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys swimming, reading, and listening to music. She has a great appreciation for comedy and values time spent with her loved ones.
