Our Approach
OCS deployed a multi-step compliance strategy to meet and maintain JCI standards by implementing zone-based cleaning protocols tailored to clinical risk categories and integrating infection control measures such as calibrated cleaning frequencies, approved chemicals, and appropriate PPE. Waste management processes included end-to-end traceability for both hazardous and general waste to meet audit requirements.
Staff underwent regular drills, SOP certification, and competency sign-offs to ensure operational readiness.
