Scott Thorn Davis

Group General Counsel

Scott has been in the facilities management industry since 2019. He started his career at Rentokil Initial before joining OCS in 2020 as Group General Counsel.

Scott has more than 20 years of in-house legal experience in both B2B services and products businesses, in which he has built in-house legal teams in many different countries, advised Executive Teams and Boards of Directors on legal and compliance matters and resolved a number of important business disputes.

He has led the delivery of significant merger and acquisition deals that have reshaped and grown the businesses he has worked for and has experience across deals, contracts and disputes in more than 40 countries.

Outside of work, Scott has a keen interest in playing and watching sport. He is a Brentford FC season ticket holder and a fan of rugby, cricket and cycling.
