A platform built in Indonesia is now helping colleagues in the Philippines manage contracts faster, more accurately, and with greater visibility for customers. The Customer Contract Management System (CCMS), originally developed by OCS Indonesia, has been adopted and localised by OCS Philippines, replacing manual and paper-based processes with a single digital workflow.
The rollout brings the full contract lifecycle; drafting, review, approval, execution, and storage, into one connected system, and reflects how teams across the OCS Group share proven practices to better serve their local markets.
A connected workflow for colleagues
Contract management sits at the heart of how facilities management teams support customers and maintain compliance. CCMS replaces fragmented manual handovers with a structured digital flow, so colleagues can track progress in real time, coordinate across functions, and complete tasks with fewer errors.
A better experience for customers
For customers, the difference shows up in the day-to-day:
- Faster turnaround on time-sensitive requirements, with fewer delays from manual reviews and approvals.
- More consistent documentation, thanks to standardised templates and structured workflows.
- Clearer visibility across timelines, fewer follow-ups, and easier access to contracts when needed, supporting both document control and audit readiness.
Together, these improvements strengthen the reliability customers expect from OCS Philippines as a facilities management partner.
OCS Philippines and OCS Indonesia collaborate for Contract Management Training on 24 June.
Built in Indonesia, localised in the Philippines
CCMS was originally developed by OCS Indonesia and adapted to fit the local market. Legal, IT, and Finance colleagues in Indonesia worked alongside the Philippine team throughout, sharing technical guidance and lessons learned from their own rollout.
It is a practical example of the TRUE Values in action; our colleagues across countries working towards a shared goal of improving how OCS serves its customers.
The people behind the rollout
The rollout brought together colleagues from both countries. Phil Carter, Managing Director of OCS Philippines, and Andi Saputra, Chief Financial Officer of OCS Indonesia, led the initiative across the Group.
On the ground in the Philippines, the Legal Team drove implementation, with Kris Guanzon, Chief Legal Counsel, and Atty. Franzel Reanshield Alafriz, Junior Legal Counsel, guiding the team through user acceptance testing, training, and go-live; all completed on schedule.
Looking ahead
CCMS is one step in a broader effort to digitalise how OCS Philippines operates and prepares for future growth. By bringing contract management onto a connected platform, the business strengthens efficiency, compliance, and customer experience in one move, and shows what shared expertise across the Group can deliver when teams build on each other’s work.
