Bob Taylor

Managing Director, Public Sector FM – UK

Bob has been involved in the facilities management industry since the early 1980s.

He was involved in some of the earliest public sector outsourcing projects and subsequently went on to manage some of the most prestigious outsourced facilities management contracts.

Bob’s work has taken him to many countries around the world, where he has worked across both public and private sectors and has significant experience in outsourcing both from the client and provider side.

Bob was Group Managing Director for the G4S FM business prior to joining OCS in 2014, where he quickly progressed to the role of CEO for the UK, Ireland and Middle East. Having led a turnaround programme for the business, he was part of the executive team managing the sale of the business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2022.

Bob’s ambitions for the new OCS Group are to drive growth and establish the business as a leading FM player in the UK and internationally. Another of his goals is to embed our new company values, ensuring we are a business that ‘does the right things, the right way’, delivering great value for customers and looking after our people.

Outside of work, Bob is a Manchester United fan who also enjoys going to the theatre and walking his dogs.
