Bruce first joined us following the acquisition of Incentive FM by Atalian Servest in 2022 whereby he successfully led the business through a period of significant growth and development.

Bruce developed and led the strategic direction of Incentive FM to ensure that it remained ahead of client requirements whilst continuing to be dynamic to deliver a quality partnership approach.

Within the new OCS business, Bruce is our Private Sector FM Managing Director. His wealth of experience in developing client focused solutions and driving growth following a major business transition will be an invaluable asset to OCS Group.

Outside of work, Bruce loves to spend time with his wife and two young boys. He also enjoys cycling, golf and snowboarding when travel permits!
