Laura Ryan

Chief Legal & Risk Officer - UK & Ireland

After completing a degree in law, Laura trained and qualified as a solicitor in private practice providing advice and support to clients from a variety of industries including facilities management on corporate mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate financing, corporate governance and general commercial matters.

After nearly 10 years in private practice, Laura joined Atalian Servest in 2016 to lead the in-house Legal function and over time took responsibility for the Risk, QHSE and HR functions.

Laura will play a pivotal role in navigating the newly formed OCS business through the upcoming changes. She will aid in the enablement of organic and acquisitive business growth whilst promoting a safe and inclusive working environment for our entire workforce.

Outside of work, Laura loves to spend time with her two children and helps to run a charity that aims to alleviate poverty in a Kenyan town through the provision of education and other resources.
