Managing Director - Cambodia
Ny leads the OCS business in Cambodia, with responsibility for operations, customer relationships and building local talent.
Ny has led the Cambodia business since 2021, first as General Manager and then as Country CEO of Atalian Cambodia, before becoming Managing Director following the merger with OCS. Under her leadership, OCS Cambodia has entered the aviation sector and now delivers critical airport services.
Before joining Atalian, Ny was General Manager of Eastern Maritime (Cambodia), the general agent for Pacific International Lines and Advance Container Lines. Prior to that, she spent almost 15 years as Operations Manager at Bolloré Logistics (SDV Cambodge), running customs brokerage, freight and warehousing.
Ny holds a Master’s degree in Development Management from Norton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management.
