PCS Thailand recently hosted the TRUE STARS Recognition Ceremony 2026, an annual employee recognition event celebrating individuals and teams who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, service excellence and alignment with the organisation’s TRUE Values. The ceremony highlighted the important role employees play in delivering outstanding service, strengthening workplace culture and creating positive outcomes for clients and communities.
A total of 25 employees were recognised for their dedication, professionalism and consistent delivery of high-quality service. TRUE HERO Awards: Recognising Those Who Go Beyond
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of the TRUE HERO Awards to three employees who demonstrated exceptional initiative and selflessness.

TRUE TEAM Stars Awards: Celebrating the Power of Teamwork
PCS also recognised frontline teams from Swarovski and Thai Polyester through the TRUE TEAM Stars Awards.
