Brad has worked within the Facilities Management industry, and more specifically in the cleaning sector, for the past two decades. During this time, Brad has gained a wealth of knowledge in operational efficiencies and service excellence.
He has experience managing national accounts, transitioning multi-service contracts, and implementing innovative systems such as microfibre technology, green cleaning systems and robotic machinery. His success is based on relationship building, transparency and a true passion for client satisfaction.
Managing OCS operations across Eastern Australia, Brad provides strategic oversight and leadership to his contracts, acting as a senior escalation point to resolve any issues at the highest level.
Brad strives to take an objective view of contract performance and visualise operational efficiencies that lead to enhanced customer satisfaction, ensuring the customer’s expectations are not just met but exceeded.
Outside of work, Brad likes spending time in the outdoors with his family, going on walks and to the beach. He is also a qualified horticulturist so enjoys a bit of gardening.
