The contract, valued at approximately ₱1,188,000,000 (£16.8 million), entrusts OCS Philippines with delivering a comprehensive suite of facilities management services to Lazada Philippines. A dedicated team comprising 681 professionals will offer security services. At the same time, an additional 319 staff members will handle a diverse range of functions such as pest control, mechanical and electrical maintenance, landscaping, food and beverage services, and housekeeping. This broad spectrum of services underscores OCS’s capability to provide integrated facilities management solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing the workplace environment for Lazada Philippines.
