Meet Ryme Dembri, our Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Ryme shapes our strategic direction from a human resources standpoint, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture across the region.
In her role, Ryme provides input and guidance on all people-related needs, ensuring effective management throughout the HR delivery model. She also contributes to our M&A agenda, driving revenue growth and profitability through human capabilities within the regional leadership team.
Ryme holds a master’s degree in Organisation & Human Resources from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a master’s degree in European Business Management from the University of Hamburg. With over 25 years of experience in business transformation, leveraging talent and organisational strategies, she has lived and worked in seven countries throughout Europe and Asia. Previously, Ryme was the Global Head of Talent, Leadership, and Culture for ASM, based in Singapore.
