Tony Crilly

People Director - UK & Ireland

In a career spanning more than 30 years, Tony has lived and worked all over the world and led international HR functions and large transformation programmes across many diverse industry sectors.

Tony first worked at OCS between 2017-2018 as an Interim HR Transformation Director. He returned to the company in 2021 and is now the People Director for OCS UK and Ireland.

Tony’s wealth of experience will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each and every one of our colleagues feel safe, informed and able to give their best as we navigate our way through the transitional period following the formation of OCS Group.

When he’s not at work, Tony enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He enjoys all sports and is an avid, if challenged, follower of Everton – COYB!
