Sandeep joined the OCS team in 2017, working across OCS’ recruitment and staff development areas, and continuously improving HR systems and processes.
As a key player in OCS’ delivery team, he takes care of all stakeholders with his professional and transparent approach.
Sandeep brings sound experience in the industry and understands the importance of enabling business continuity through creating an operation that is appropriately resourced, skilled, responsive, and highly motivated at all times.
Sandeep has a special interest in team member engagement and is always looking for ways to do things better. He is also actively involved in OCS’ ongoing work with the Salvation Army and has volunteered for multiple fundraising initiatives.
Outside of work, Sandeep enjoys taking his motorcycle out, hiking, bushwalking and camping.
