Krity Krishna
State Manager – NSW/ACT
Krity Krishna knows facilities management from the ground up. Her career has taken her from frontline team leadership to account management, and then to responsibility for large multi-site operations.
With more than 12 years’ experience across commercial cleaning, hospitality and facilities support services, Krity has developed a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver consistently across multiple sites. Over her career, she’s managed a portfolio of around 40 commercial sites across NSW. More recently, she led multiple contracts across both NSW and the ACT, overseeing customer relationships, operational performance, budgets, quality and safety.
As State Manager – NSW/ACT, Krity is responsible for OCS operations, working closely with customers and operational teams. Her responsibilities include service performance, safety, people, and contract commercial performance. She also supports customer retention and growth and seeks innovative ways to continually improve service delivery.
Krity has spent much of her career leading teams close to the customer and to the day-to-day delivery of services. She has recruited, coached and developed people across multiple sites, bringing that practical operational experience to her leadership at OCS.
Outside of work, Krity describes herself as outgoing and family-oriented. She enjoys travelling, long drives and discovering new places, but she most values spending time with family and friends, good conversation and plenty of laughter.
