Anushanga (Anu) Kalapuge leads estimation for OCS Australia, ensuring every pricing proposal is accurate, competitive and aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
With more than a decade of experience in estimation, finance and business analysis, Anu brings a strong technical and strategic perspective to every bid. Before joining OCS, he worked with Compass Group Australia, where he developed financial models, benchmarking frameworks and pricing methodologies for multimillion-dollar tenders across diverse industry sectors.
Anu holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma of Business in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland. An Associate Member of CPA Australia, he is known for his analytical rigour and collaborative approach. Anu plays a key role in driving accuracy, transparency and value in customer proposals – helping OCS achieve consistent growth across the business.
Outside of work, Anu enjoys reading about world affairs and listening to music. He values quality time with his family and maintains a healthy work–life balance, dedicating his free time to his wife and young daughter.
