Tulsi Malhotra is an experienced facilities management leader with more than 15 years of operational and strategic experience across government, education, and private-sector portfolios.
At OCS, Tulsi manages national key accounts and leads mobilisation projects across all states, overseeing service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. She is responsible for coordinating new contract rollouts, maintaining strong customer partnerships, and ensuring operational readiness through collaboration with internal teams in operations, finance, and commercial.
Before joining OCS, Tulsi held senior roles with BGIS APAC, GJK Facilities Services, and Menzies Facilities Services. She has led teams of more than 2,500 people and managed portfolios exceeding $25 million. Known for her structured and collaborative leadership, Tulsi has successfully delivered complex national transitions, strengthened governance frameworks, and improved service consistency and value for customers.
Tulsi’s multicultural journey – growing up in India, pursuing higher education overseas, and working across multiple countries – has shaped a deep respect for diversity and inclusion.
Outside of work, Tulsi is a family-oriented professional and a dedicated mother who strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance. She enjoys travelling, exploring diverse cuisines, and connecting with new people.
