Matt Van Dalen leads business growth for OCS Australia, building relationships across key sectors and driving new opportunities that support the company’s national strategy.
With more than 20 years’ experience in business development and sales leadership, Matt has worked with global and national brands across facilities services, security, media, FMCG and hospitality. Before joining OCS, he held senior roles with leading multinational security companies and integrated soft service specialist organisations, securing and strategically managing multimillion-dollar national contracts and relationships with blue chip multinational clients including JLL, CBRE, DHL and Atlassian.
Recognised for his collaborative and commercially astute approach, Matt drives measurable growth through strategic partnerships and an outcome-based customer focus. In addition to leading new business initiatives, he coaches, mentors and supports a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results and long-term value for colleagues and customers.
Outside of corporate duties Matt leads an active lifestyle, has a passion for sport, travel and spending time with friends and family.
