Finance leadership strengthening control and performance
Debby Wong, Finance Director for OCS Australia and New Zealand, was recognised as a finalist in the New Zealand CFO of the Year Awards and named a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Since joining OCS in 2006 and stepping into the Finance Director role in 2017, Debby has strengthened how finance operates across the business. Real-time reporting tools have been introduced, contract governance tightened, and financial oversight embedded more directly into day-to-day operations.

Using AI to strengthen legal control at scale
As OCS has grown across the Australia/ New Zealand region, the volume and complexity of legal contracts have increased across sectors including aviation, healthcare, education and construction. Over two years, contract volumes rose to around four times previous levels, without an increase in legal headcount. Whether it's managing hospitals, airports, schools, government facilities or commercial buildings, digital systems now sit behind many of the services people depend on. From work orders and maintenance schedules to payroll, customer reporting and supplier communications, technology supports activities that keep businesses operating and communities functioning.
